1. Digital Reports — No Refunds

Solenvora Trade provides digital research reports and market intelligence products that are delivered electronically upon purchase or request. Due to their intangible, non-tangible, and immediately accessible nature, all sales are considered final.

No refunds will be issued once a report has been delivered via email or downloaded from our platform.

2. Preview & Clarifications

Before purchase or formal request, we encourage clients to review available summaries, scope descriptions, or contact us for clarifications. Our team is available at help@solenvora-trade.com to ensure the report aligns with your strategic needs.

3. Exceptions

In rare cases—such as a technical failure preventing delivery, or if a report was materially misrepresented—we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

  • A replacement copy of the report, or
  • A credit toward a future report of equal or lesser value.

Monetary refunds are generally not provided, even under these circumstances.

4. Free Samples & Trial Content

Any complimentary or sample content provided by Solenvora Trade is for evaluation purposes only and carries no refund eligibility, as no payment was made.

5. Subscription or Recurring Services

Currently, Solenvora Trade does not offer subscription-based products. If such services are introduced in the future, their refund terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of signup.
